Semillon from Eastern Washington is as distinctive as the native landscape. The grapes from which this wine was made come from Fair Acre Farms, Mother Block Vineyard, Prosser, Washington. It is one of the oldest plantings of Semillon Blanc in the Yakima Valley. Made in the traditional style, this wine has vibrant aroma of sage, lemon zest, rose water, and hints of smoke. Elegant and creamy on the palate, this Semillon displays flavors of melon and almond through a long oak-spiced finish. Pair it with poultry and seafood.

This Gewürztraminer is wonderful when paired with smoked salmon. It goes well with many Asian foods or one can sip a glass along with a variety of cheeses, nuts and pears.

Our Rosé is made from Syrah grapes grown at StoneTree Vineyard on the Wahluke slope. It demonstrates the chracter of the variety in a playful and fruit forward way. Aromas of violet and rose, ripe raspberry, strawberry, plum, and pear continue through the palate. Serve this wine slightly chilled, perhaps as an aperitif. This dry rosé would be the perfect complement to a plate of tapas or grilled seafood.

Artemisia is Latin for "sagebrush" - so abundant in our dry shrub steppe landscape. Aromas of violet and rose and flavors of ripe cherry combine with undertones of earth and smoke in this elegant and full-bodied wine. A bottle of Artemisia paired with juicy rib eye steaks for two will be delicious.
