True to varietal characteristics this Sangiovese is a lighter bodied red wine. Abounding with aromas and flavors of strawberry preserve and raspberry, this wine brings bright fruity acidity which invites numerous food pairings. Italian by nature Sangiovese is classically paired with zesty red sauces.

This Chardonnay is fermented in steel tanks rather than oak barrels creating a lighter bodied, crisp wine. Apricots and pineapple prevail on the nose and palate, with hints of bananas and lemon zest. Clean and refreshing all the way through to the mineral finish.

As always, little oak was used to allow the fruit to speak for itself, and it does! This wine was blended and then re-barreled for another year to allow the flavors to fully integrate before bottling. A nose of licorice and fennel is followed by notes of cherry. As it opens up the wine smoothes out and a full middle palate of deep licorice and dark cherries coats your mouth. Composed of Cab/Merlot/Cab Franc/Malbec this wine is a good cellar candidate. 83 cases produced.
