CMS White is a fresh and vibrant wine that effortlessly balances body and depth from the Chardonnay, spicy aromatics from the Marsanne, and structured mineral flavors from the Sauvignon Blanc. CMS White is perfect as a summer aperitif or as an accompaniment to a variety of seafood and shellfish.

Estate Pinot Gris continues to impress with it's fresh crisp apples and pears.

The grapes for this classic Bordeaux-style blend of Semillon and Sauvignon blanc were selected from two excellent vineyards in Washington States Columbia Valley appellation. This wine opens with beautiful white peach, apricot and floral aromas. True to classic Bordeaux characteristics, this wine is mouthwateringly fresh on the palate with ripe fruit flavors and acidity that is perfect for the patio or with a white-fleshed fish, scallops or grilled chicken.

Our 2004 Semillion is a sophisticated mix of pineapple, ripe pear, a hint of citrus, honeydew melon and mineral flavors. Intensely rich and creamy, it finishes with a lively acidity, giving the wine a beautiful balance.

This wine possesses the brilliant spice of the Gewürztraminer grape and the lingering perfume of the Viognier. In the nose you will find hints of violets, lilacs, orange blossoms, nutmeg and cinnamon. The mouth explodes with sweet citrus such as tangerines, mandarins, and tangelos. The long lingering finish is sweet clover honey.

The color is light straw. The aromas are floral, with hints of honey, lemon, lime, orange zest and ripe summer apples. The flavors echo the aromas. The body is rich and mouth filling with a great combination of luscious fruit and crisp acidity. I would recommend serving this wine as an aperitif, or with simply prepared foods such as sautéed seafood seasoned with fragrant herbs, like tarragon or basil.

2003 was a vintage year for chardonnay. Lots of tropical fruit, oak and butter. This wine was fermented and aged in new and older Burgundian French oak barrels.

Harvest of four clones, a field blend if you will, took place September 11th and 12th, 2008. Hand harvested grapes were sorted and whole cluster pressed. Settled juice was chilled and cold fermented in one stainless steel tank. To preserve the purity of fruit this wine did not go through malo-lactic fermentation. This wine shows the purity of sauvignon blanc that I love, yet still expresses a very distinct sense of place.

THE GRAPES FOR THIS VINTAGE were carefully selected as the crew scanned the vines for only the very best fruit. Plump, round berries that produce aromas of lemon zest, pear, lichee nut, guava and floral notes are accentuated with a lush, crisp texture that finishes with a hint of sweetness complimented with good acidity. Our Viognier was whole-cluster pressed, and tank fermented to produce a clean, crisp wine full of exotic fruit. Serve well chilled for a wonderfully refreshing wine.

Flavors of apricot, citrus, melon and creamy vanilla are a delightful pleasure to the senses. This unique blend is as distinct in character as its namesake our Grandma Mary who passed away at 100 in December 2005.
